
Ingredients: Chicken (chest, legs) – 1kg Eggs – 2 Corn flour – 1cup Peprika – 1 tea spoon Red chili – ½ tea spoon Garlic (paste) – ½ tea spoon Ginger (paste) ½ tea spoon Oil – ½ liter Turmeric Powder – 1 tea spoon Vinegar Recipe: Marinate chicken for about 20 minutes after mixing in it salt, red chili, ginger, garlic paste, vinegar and turmeric powder. Now keep the chicken in some strainer type bowl so that the left water should drain away. Put chicken in some polythene bag and mix well into it the remaining ingredients and leave for 10 minutes. Whisk eggs by adding some black pepper and salt dip chicken pieces one by one into it then roll into the corn flour and deep fry till golden and crispy.
