Ingredients: Chicken (chest, legs) – 1kg Eggs – 2 Corn flour – 1cup Peprika – 1 tea spoon Red chili – ½ tea spoon Garlic (paste) – ½ tea spoon Ginger (paste) ½ tea spoon Oil – ½ liter Turmeric Powder – 1 tea spoon Vinegar Recipe: Marinate chicken for about 20 minutes after mixing in it salt, red chili, ginger, garlic paste, vinegar and turmeric powder. Now keep the chicken in some strainer type bowl so that the left water should drain away. Put chicken in some polythene bag and mix well into it the remaining ingredients and leave for 10 minutes. Ingredients: Tomato (chopped) – 4 cups Onion (cut into slices) – single Whole cloves – 4, 5 pieces Chicken broth – 2 ½ cups Butter – 3 table spoon Flour – 2 table spoon Sugar – 2 tea spoon Salt – to taste Recipe: Mix the tomato, cloves, onion and chicken broth and cook or boil on low flame for about 20 minutes so that all the ingredients adopt a sole flavor. Now stain the mixture to a new pane. Take another pane and melt into it the butter and then add flour and cook till it acquire a brownish color. Ingredients: 1 Onion – Chopped Butter – 2 table spoon Chicken broth – 2 cups Water – 3 cups Apple (finely chopped) – 2 Squash (frozen) – (12 ounces) Ginger Past – 1 tea spoon Milk – 1 cup Salt – to taste Sugar – 1 table spoon Recipe: Fry onion in butter till tender and mix into it chicken broth, apple, water and let it cook on low flame for about 10 minutes.
