Ingredients:
2 cups flour
milk and water for kneading (use as much as necessary)
1 tbsp. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. yeast
1 tbsp. fine sugar
1-2 tbsp. oil
sesame seeds to sprinkle on top
Preparation:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in Luke warm water. Sift flour and add salt, oil, yogurt and yeast mixture. Add milk and water, and knead it well.
Make a dough and leave it to rise for 30 minutes. Punch down the dough and divide into 4 balls. Roll out each ball into flat discs.
Prick with a fork and brush with milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in oven over 400 F degrees (200 degrees Celsius) for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
