Ingredients:
6-8 Small potatoes
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Preparation:
Wash potatoes and cook them in
their skins.
Do not overcook.
Drain, cool, peel and cut into slices.
Sprinkle with mixed salt and ground spices.
Then add lemon juice.
Toss lightly to mix.
Serve as a snack.
